By using MedAI.su services,you agree to these Terms and our Disclaimer.


2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

We provide medical data analysis and pattern recognition using machine learning algorithms.We do NOT provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice.


3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES


· You must ensure ALL shared medical data is fully anonymized

· You are responsible for discussing our findings with your licensed physician

· You agree not to use our service for emergency medical situations


4. PAYMENT & REFUNDS


· Specific payment terms are discussed individually per case

· We operate on a "pay-after-results" model where applicable

· Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis if service cannot be delivered


5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MedAI.su shall not be liable for:


· Any medical decisions made based on our analysis

· Consequences of using non-anonymized data

· Technical issues in data transmission or analysis


6. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms.Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of changes.


7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

  • ​Algorithmic Analysis: Utilizing machine learning algorithms and computational models to identify statistical patterns, hidden correlations, and anomalies within complex data sets.
  • ​Information Resource Management: Generating structured analytical reports, chronological data visualizations, and comparative summaries based on the provided information.
  • ​Analytical Decision Support: Preparing comprehensive data-driven insights and hypothetical roadmaps intended for review and interpretation by licensed medical professionals.

​Global Regulatory Compliance:

All services are provided exclusively as IT / Data Analytics services under OKVED 63.11.1 and do not require a medical license.

  • ​🇷🇺 Russia: Services strictly follow OKVED 63.11.1 and do not constitute medical activity under Federal Law No. 323-FZ.
  • ​🇺🇸 USA: Analysis of anonymized data compliant with HIPAA "Safe Harbor" standards. Not medical advice.
  • ​🇪🇺 EU / 🇬🇧 UK: Processing of anonymized data in accordance with GDPR / UK GDPR (Art. 4(5) exemption for non-identifiable data).
  • ​🇦🇪 UAE: Anonymized health data analysis compliant with Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL exemptions for research/analytics).
  • ​🌍 Global: Non-medical data analytics only. All clinical decisions must be made by a licensed physician.
